Stage 2: Prototype

A real thing to test on real humans. At this stage, you'll create what we call a clickable prototype, and get feedback from your target users. That way, you don't spend all your cash only to discover people loath your beloved precious.

Those nasty hobbits.

Stage 3: Estimate

All's well that estimates well.

How long will it take? How much will it cost? These, oh chosen one, are the eternal mysterious questions of development. Once answered, we can get to the fun stuff. It's important to be accurate too, because no victories are made in guessing.

Stage 4: Development

Under a moss-covered hill, development awaits.

Like dragons, your product is very much real (yes they are real, sssh) and waiting to be conjured into existence. Once we have a good grip on the concept, approach, prototype and estimation, we can go forth on our quest for creation. We won't hide it in a tower guarded by a monster or anything though, that would just make things difficult.

Stage 5: QA & Testing

Testing is fundamental. Like a good hero must be tested, so must your product.

Once we have developed it, your product gets tried and tested by our internal quality assurance warriors. They'll poke and prod your tech product until they've uncovered every single possible weakness, and hopefully it doesn't start wriggling.

Stage 6: Launch

Finally, your product is out there.

Spanning the far reaches of your kingdom, sharpening its sword and preparing for conquests. It's being loved by your marketed audience, and they love you, too. What a dream come true, done in the right way.
