A local SEO agency needs its data crunching and its systems automated to uphold its valuable reputation amongst hundreds of clients.

RicketyRoo had found themselves in a nightmare for any tech company: admin station. Where everyone is bogged down by administrative tasks, which is time that RicketyRoo could better spend doing practically anything else for the company, they needed automation and a robust system full of processes that work for their goals and not against them.

So, we did what any good software development company would do.

We put the code to work and made it look all pretty for them.

The quest ๐Ÿง™

As an expert team of development wizards, we knew what must happen.

Create a piece of backend software that will run in the background of their existing systems, integrate them with other helpful systems and implement custom algorithms over the top of these to crunch that data and present alerts, notifications and pings when something goes wrong in-system.

It would be a good idea to programme this software to monitor the client's competitors and keep measurements of them and their business patterns. Pretty cool.

To do this, we needed a few things in place.

The adventure ๐Ÿ’ฏ

So, here's our final solution. With all the details and tidbits laid out.

We needed to build a custom backend software to run in the cloud behind the systems RicketyRoo was already using.

We would integrate this software with AHRef, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google My Business, crunch the data it gives us, and apply this alongside custom algorithms that present the data to the client. It's a mammoth task that would be impossible without human interaction, so we made robots do it.

This software would help improve the throughput of their business and pull in more clients.

But alas, like any good quest, there were conquest battles to overcome.

It was only a short time before our R&D team encountered trip-ups into monster-infested pits, as with any good quest.

The difference is that we have the expertise to fight our way out.
